Open Office is an open source program that works like microsoft office. In addition, it is able to open files created in microsoft office (i.e. Office 2007) if you have an older version of the program.
International Unit Convertor is a useful program for converting vitamin IUs to microgramms, milligrams, or grams and vice versa.
Linus Pauling Institute Micronutrient Information Center contains good information on a number of vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals.
